[GS20G] - Almost all players are GK and have wrong NT

I don't know what to do more. I have GS20G 20.1.4, and when I load all players almost all of them show up as GK and all of them with the wrong nationality. https://prnt.sc/q0vwya

How can I correct this?

I have a key, can I be activating it incorrectly? If yes, how can I activate it?

Is this a known bug?

For some reason there are a bunch of people with this issue, even with their key file placed in the correct folder.
Reinstall the latest version of GS20G after completely uninstalling the current version and restarting your pc/laptop.

After the installation is done, take the keyfile that was send to you and place it in the folder of GS20.
It should then look like this:

Yep, all seems the same. I've restarted and still have the same issue as before...

Tks for your help Stam, but I've read the sticky, I was a mod several years in several games, I know how annoying it can be when people just ignore them. I appreciate your input, I really do and I'll ask for a new key as you suggested me, but it was the first time I was using it, download it, installed it, error, it was an error "straight from the box", so nothing changed on my PC.

I do not want to annoy anyone, so probably the best is just to do the easiest solution.

Edit: actually you are right. I've simply provided the id for the wrong computer, so yes, it was my bad.
