They never pass

When I attack and have a great oportunity, 3 against 2 or 3 against 1, they never pass the ball. It is the same in every games. How can I get them to pass the ball to a team mate? Every one in the team is happy. I have tried to train them up to pass the ball. And set the tactick to not shoot.

Unfortunately this has been a problem with the FM match engine for a while. Even more frustratingly it seems nobody can finish 1v1s this year! If there are specific players not passing on 2v1s etc try putting "shoot less often" onto their individual instructions.
