I've been using Man Utd in my save and I'm constantly taking 20-30 shots per match but only having 5-10 on target, whereas oppositions will have nearly all there shots on target. Does anyone know a tactical fix for this, I'm playing a 4-2-3-1 tactic with players like Milik, Havertz, Rashford and martial who all have high finishing.

That’s a tactical issue, try watching some of your games on full or comprehensive highlights so you can pinpoint where the issue is. It could be as simple as just needing to put individual instructions on them to shoot less often or your players getting into isolated positions and being left with no option but to shoot.
