Anyone know why i'm getting all my job application responses coming back saying that I don't know who i am and haven't made the shortlist. I'm 2.9 stars (fairly good) 55% reputation, managing 2 star club. Made the Euro II final, 2 league titles and a number of cups. I'm applying for jobs that are 2 to 3 star clubs. Haven't done this for a while
