Penalty Shoot-outs rigged

The player wins about 25% of penalty shoot-outs, which is the most basic manifestation of the cpu cheating against the player.

If the cpu misses their last penalty, you will always miss yours, and will always go on to lose in sudden death.

When's the patch out? This match engine is completely broken and rigged.

What are your teams penalty takers like? I am yet to lose a penalty shootout so I doubt it is the game being "rigged"

I am 2 for 2 in penalty shoot outs. I did however notice that players (both CPU and User) are missing over 60% in my current save. Definitely needs looking at for the next patch. (as well as some other issues with the ME)
