Has anybody else had this issue where your manager rep will not increase outside of winning trophies?
I have took Newcastle to 10th and then 2nd the year after in the league and yet my rep has not moved from 2 stars with 40% progress, it's completely unrealistic or broken as every other manager in the league is at least 3 and a half stars and you shouldn't have to gain rep just from trophies.
