I decided to start playing with polish leagues because thats the country that i am from and i like to playing it. There are 2 leagues at the start of the game and i choose them both with players that have polish citizenship which togter up to 9000 players.
I start as uneployd manager with semi-proffesional footballer(lowest as i can get) and my aim is to get a job and maybe win first league with that team.

I just started playing i got offert from Warta Poznań in second polish league

For my transfer budget i have got 0 and my wage budget i have 8.25k p/w so maybe its not the best but in polish league there arent teams with good money and i have my aim which is to get them promoted and then maybe win the league.

Maybe not the best start of the season but Warta isnt one of the best teams in the league so i am just happy that i havent lost every game.
Thing that makes me unhappy is that my team has been knock out from the cup with probobly worse team thatn me but i put reserve team. In every cup i do that because i dont want my players to be unhappy because they arent playing.
And my position in the league isnt very good because i am 14th out of 18 and i am just 2 points ahead of 15th place which is realogation so i dont want that like nearly every person who is managing team.
At least i have won 2 games and that made me really happy because i have some points and maybe there are not the best teams but win is always a win and thats a good feeling if you win a game with no matter who you play against.

Story is looking good so far mate, I had a similar situation in switzerland I would try to loan some polish players as well, and also regarding cups, you should try having a mixture of first team players and reserves, as you must know that about 50% of the players in your reserves are not very good and will be sold / released at end of the season. As at that level in the cup, a good cup run can boost your finance so don't take it lightly.

Not a great month for my team only 3 points out of 18 so it isnt the best result but it could be worse. I would prefer if it would be better. I saw that my team dosnt score enought goals so i decided that in winter transfer window i should buy better striker but problem is that i dont have money for transfers so thats rule out that i am going to buy good striker maybe if there will be someone on free transfer but there is not much of a chances of that. Maybe there is good striker in my u21's because i didnt check there and in Polish league there isnt reserves so i will have to have youngster in may squad but maybe its for best because maybe that player will grow for good player you never know.
Thing that makes me unhappy is that i cant win a game for 7 games so thats bad streak and i hope that will end up soon because i just above relogation zone and i just hang on goal diffrences so thats not good either.

I dont remember if i had so bad season. Now i have streak which is 12 games without winning and i think its the longest streak like that in any of games. My bilance is 2 wins 6 draws and 9 loses so thats quite bad and my team scored only 11 goals and conceded 26. I am under-fire right now and i just waiting when they gonna suck me because from what I seen my team played horribly and i just feel that they are playing so bad because of my tactics. I feel like that cuz when you see the players they are quite good but it seems that they playing like they werent a team. Many of my team passes are taken by the opposition.
I will try my best as a manager and i will try to taken them away from relogation zone and try to be in the middle but i dont thing there will be much of a chance to do that but in football everything is possible.

Well my team still hasnt won a game since august and thats bad and morale of most of my players is very poor I dont know if its doing somthing to my team but i know its not very good.
Now there is a break untill end of febuary so i have time to buy new players until i have to play next game in the league and I have to buy new players because as you can see my team didnt have the best results. Only problem with transfers is that i dont have any funds on transfer budget and on wage budget i am 1.32k p/w on minus so thats very bad.
Thing that scares me is that i think i prabobly want be with Warta untill the end of the season because i didnt have best results and board dosnt have the best opinion of me and my job is insecure so from that i based that i want be with team at the end of the season.

Febuary League Results:

After this game i have been sucked from job at Warta Poznan and I started to luck for another job which was hard because there was only 2 managers who were sucked inculding me so i had it wait.
At 4th May I accept contract from GKP Gorzow i had to avoid relogation. They were 15th with 7 points behind 14th and I had 4 games left so it was realistic but hard because at last game I was playing Podbeskidzie which was 1st.

May League Results:

What a great results. 10 points out of 12 and i lost points against team who won the league so I think thats great and for me it was very good season because I playied in a country which I love and I think it was good experience for me because in this league you dont have much money and very little chances of signing famous name so thats why this league is one of my favourites.
In my game World Cup is just finished and here are results:

I have never been sacked in the past, but it seems quite fun really. In fact I never changed a team during my careers, maybe I will try that on purpose next time.

Well currently i am on 10th spot so its quite good. Maybe I am not at the top of the table but I am just happy that i have won some of the games in the league.
I am also happy that i have made into 2nd round of Polish cup. I think it was most exting match which I played with GKP Gorzow because in this game my team had lots of chances
and twice my team was in the lead so that was quite good feeling. After game between me and Znicz I was very pleased with my players because it was one of the highest win
with this team since i come to them, maybe it isn't the best team because they are currently at 18th place but still its a win. I wasnt very happy after match against with
MKS Kluczbork because it was the highest defeat since i was with GKP Gorzow but I don't mind losing if my team is winning but if they are losing in the row it makes me
deel insecure of the job. For example after two defeads in july I was 17th out of 18 and I started to feel that my team will have lots of defeads in the raw and
again I will end up unemployed but then I won with Sandencja, and after that I feelt more secure.

I am quite happy with my transfers because I didn't spend much money and I am happy that I signed up young players looking for the future. Reason that I signed young players because I
want to have good young players and thats one of the problems that I had in CS Louhans Cuiseaux was that I didnt have much money and most of my squad was neaerly 30 or over and
I didnt have young talented players and thats why I buyed/loaned players.

It was quite good month 8 points out of 15. My team is 11th place currently and it is the highest place my team was
since I started playing this game. I am happy with my teams performance against Piast because it was first time when
my team scored more than 3 goals and thats good. The moost disappointed was defead against LKS Lodz. Losing by 4 goals
for me its quite hard to take especially when I know that the team is to beat, but sometimes it dosn't work. Other thing
is that losing in cup. I had high hopes for the cup, to be in fourth round but it didn't work out.

Maybe not the best months but in my opinion its quite good for my team because I have won 2 games and in total
8 points in 7 games its ok for me. Currently GKP Gorzow is 10th so they have moved up 2 places since September
and for that it made me pleased. Defead against GKS Katowice made me feel that my squad is not that good and I need some inprovments
in squad, especially in defence because my team is losing a lot of goals. Problem with transfers is that I don't
have any money for transfer budget and in wage budget my team has loss 2.69k p/w. This means that I can't offer
a lot p/w and lots of my players has expiring contracts and about 50% of them is recejted because they will not get paid enought
but I will not give up and even when most of my players will be realsed, I will try my best next season.

What a dissapointing months, only 6 points in 6 games so thats quite bad in my opinion. I know taht it could be worse
but my team can't play like this. I am currently in 12th place so I have moved down from November by 3 places so
my team has to improve there playing because if they will keep playing like this, they might get relogated. Result
which I am happy about is match against Sandencja, this is because its my only win in those months and my team played very
well. In my opinion match with Znicz Pruszkow was to win but my players just didn't played well together and Znicz had
lots of possesion so I think thats why they have lost. Hardest opposition in those two months was Cracovia because
in this game they just been relogated and there are in 6th place but I think that they are very good so I am quite glad that
my team has scored 3 goals against them.

What a turn around! Last two month were quite bad and now 4 wins out of 5 games. I came third in manager of the month
so I am pleased with that. More inportant is that my team has moved into 9th spot so thats very good. I very delighted
that my team has won with Pogon because they currently are in 2nd spot which gives them promotion and they are hard to beat but
my team has achive that so I am very pleased. Losing with LKS was quite heartbreaking because my team has lost by 4
goals so thats quite bad but they are good team so I shouldn't be unhappy. Only 4 games left into the season so I am glad
that season is ending because I want to see what place my team is going to have at the end. I think I will play them untill
the end of the season and then I am going to see if I am going to continue to play GKP Gorzow or I will choice other
team to play as my final game.
