More different Newgens

Like we all know the new regenfaces aren't really good, is there an option to add new ones or packs for this?

Yes. You can get photos from real players, or randomly off the internet. Put them in a folder, use a text editor to make an .xml file (or use FMxml) and put it in the game. Alternatively, you can try to edit the program files (x86), but that is a lot harder and you also will need backups.
