I'm an old (60 years) follower of this game since its 2012 version, except for 2019, which has never finished learning it and the reality is an absolute failure as a coach.
I'm a great curious of the technical and organizational aspects of football, and now that I have just acquired FM2020, recently retired, I want to know the game step by step thoroughly, and even, why not, participate in a tournament, but the truth is I don't get a sensible work plan that makes me learn step by step, so I turn to you for advice.
