Mentality: positive In possession: Pass into space, Play outside defense, Standard passing directivity, extremely high tempo, Attacking Width Fairly Narrow

In Transition: Count-press, Counter, Distribute to Full-Backs, Distribute to Center-Backs, Short kicks

Out of possesion: LOF Higher, DL Higher, Prevent Short GK Distribution, Pressing Intensity Extremly Urgent, Defensive Width Standard

What I can to improve?

I use 4-4-2 diamond a lot too.
I've found with setting a high line of defence I often get caught with long balls to opposing fast strikers - and thus face lots of 1-1's. Likewise i have fast strikers so I set a forward line of very deep to give them space to run into on the counter.
The biggest issues I seem to have are...

1) Getting full backs to mark wide players - especially overlapping fullbacks.
2) Long range shots from 2nd balls, usually being headed out by my central defenders, when in deep positions.

I also feel uncomfortable leaving two strikers up front. No matter what role give them, they rarely track back.
