Hey, fairly new so apologises for a dumb question!
Currently in the championship and if things stay as they are I'll be getting promotion to the Prem this season. In the January transfer im snapping up some great young players but their agents have locked in a minimum fee release clause (domestic clubs in a higher division).
If I get promoted does this part of the contract become null as there is no higher division?
