problem with the game

hi ,

i bought the FM touch edition to my computer , and i maked some mistakes when i tried to put add on like new skin and stuff and when i try to delete it to get the defulat skin i deleted the panels files from the doucments place , and since than the game is not good , the side bar is blanked and i tried to download the game for 3 timesand tried to install it and this is not going well , i added a pic and i hope someone will help me cause i dont know what to do

this is what its give me when i go into preferences

ahoi.try going to C:\Users\Desktop\AppData\Local and delete Sports Interactive file. then reopen game and let me know
p.s. if you dont see the destination i showed you then its hidden so check view hidden items.
