First CM or FM game editor?

hi guys,

I have been trying to figure out which itteration of Championship Manager/Football Manger was the first to include an Editor - Pre-game, also intersted to find out when the first IN Game was too but not as important.

I have asked on Twitter also and have faith that some of you dorks will know!
