Fm14 genie scout download problem.

Downloading files directly on our download servers is only allowed for FM Scout users. Go to fmscout.com to find the relevant download page of the file you're trying to grab. how can i download?

We changed all of our download servers the other day and there was a minor inconsistency with the rules.
The issue has been sorted and you should be able to download without any problems again.

Unfortunately I'm experiencing exactly the same issue. Is there anything I'm not seeing?
