Genie Scout not working

After launching Genie Scout every 5 seconds i get new window with text : "Acces violation at adress 00A84AF0 in module GenieScout.exe . Read of adress 00000068

What to do?
I tried to re-install? Nothing.

I can't load a game.

And it begins with: "Cannot create file graphics.gsc Acces denied

Genie 2019

I copied file from other PC, but that's the only solution
