In game scout not working ?

So i bought the genie scout for the in game scout function which for me it does not work. how do you operate it ? I hover on the (player) icon as there is (i) in the Dark skin from FM.


I also have it checked in the setting for Genie Scout G edition. can you please check this ?

So nothing up until now ?
I really can't make it show in the game. What must I Do ? run the game in some freaking way ? My resolution is 1920x1080 and I'm sure it's not a problem.

I did pay some money just for this feature and it's not working correctly.

Can't get it to work either...

Windowed, fullscreen, clear cache, skin reload. Nothing seems to work.
