Headers

I am getting a lot of goals from headers. They are comming from game actions mostly, not corners. My two CBs are Koopmeiners and Upamecano. Season is 20/21. Even with other CBs, goalkeepers or even playing with 3 CBs, I cannot change the fact that I will get at least 1 header goal.
My forwards don't score nothing to compare what I get. And I don't have to say that I need 3 times more chances to score equal amount of goals as my opposition.
Please help

I assume you're saying you concede a lot of headers?..

Need a bit more info if you want some advise, could you share info of your tactics and instructions, as well as your CB pairing?

Are these goals from counter attacks, where your defence is stretched? or slow build up where your players should be positioned to deal with it?

Do you train aerial defending?
