Need morale boost

i know it's a saad question to ask after 3 years of playing fm (maby it's a good sign, but still), how do i ask my cap to hold an emergancymeeting ?!?!?!??!?!?! need answer asap
Hold an emergency meeting with whom? The board?

Ermm, when do you remember doing that in the past mate? Because I don't even remember what was the purpose of such meeting...

Hmm, normally it should be possible through player interaction with your captain for example... but I can't seem to find any such option.

Anyway, I would encourage my players during match team talks (before kick off and during half time), probably saying I have faith in them (to each one individually); and at full time I would sympathize with the ones below the 7 rating.
I would try to use the most unhappy players in the next matches as much as possible and praise the ones with good average performance ratings (over 7 for the last 5 matches for example).
Renewing contracts always helps boosting a player's morale, try it.
the option has come up in the player interaction with me a few times over the years but only when my team has been on a big losing streak!
