Cannot find Unique ID after uninstalling previous version

Last year I have donated for the ad-free version of Genie Scout 19. In the meantime, I have uninstalled it from my computer. Today I received the newsletter with the Genie Scout 20 version, for which I am gladly willing to donate.

However, on the payment page (checkout), I am asked for the unique ID. This can be found in a previous version of GS. However, I cannot get access to the Genie Scout 19 adfree file so therefore I cannot get my Unique ID, which means no GS 20.

How can we solve this? I have access to all the details of the previous payment with proof.

I just installed it, however, in the database it seems like everyone is a Goalkeeper and has ridiculous ratings. What's wrong here?
