Hi. Does anyone knows how to transfer a player to a feeder club while waiting for work permit?
do you meen that you have him but have to loan him for so many years to feeder to gain nationality in their country?
if so then just click on the player and select MOVE TO AFFILIATE
make sure that you have a work permit feeder club tho otherwise you wont be able to do it (a club from any EU country)

oh. I tot can loan him to feeder club like Alex(chelsea) to PSV before he gets his EU pass.
irl it is possible.
Alex is one of the examples.
Maxwell is another example he made a stop at atalanta before going to inter.
Hoping its gonna be an option for next game would be nice

make sure that the country where you send him has 2 years wait for nationality and not 5(like Germany for example where it takes 5 years to gain nationality)
BELGIUM IS AGOOD ONE YOUR BOARD WILL NEARLY ALWAYS HAVE A BELGIUM CLUB IN THERE LIST OF RECOMMENDED FEEDER CLUBS.
THE PLAYERS YOU SEND OUT THERE WILL NOT ONLY GET A LOT OF GAMES BUT ALSO ONLY HAVE TO WAIT 3 THREE YEARS FOR NATIONALITY AND NOT FIVE YEARS LIKE SOME COUNTRIES

what did ya say, i cant read what you said, maybe you can use bigger letters. ty
and for all you bozo's who are replying to this topic like its possible to what the poster asked, you're plain dumb. It is not possible to buy a player and put him at a satellite club so he gains nationality and then get him to your club, so there are no problems with the league rules.

i hate the work permit rule its ridiculous they have to play at least 75% or 50% of there international caps or something like that:@
IRL you can get a work permit for outstanding talents etc....on FM you have just got to be lucky lol
lucky is true ive scouted some major talents from south america with very high potentials but dont get work permits for them cause they either havnt played for there country or he isnt very well known - by the time they are well known there transfer has gone from a few hundredK to millions which is a major drag when all my transfer budjet has gone trying to get peterborough into the prem
I'm like that too. Spent ages scouring the South American leagues and then find great players from Bolivia for like 10k and can't get them. As if it isn't hard enough getting Plymouth into the Prem then keeping them there. Gonna have to settle for Antonito for now :dontgetit
In real life though you have to have played in 75% of you country's games from the last 2 years and that country has to be in the top 70 in the FIFA rankings although you can appeal and then you need approval from 3 out of the 6 people checking your case.
