Problems to reload a save

I did everything right, the FM20 is running, I start the Genie and press "load game" and then it doesnt response and the program is asking me to close
please help me it all what I have in this days.

Can't think of a specific reason, so will need more info.
- It loads fine the first time, then crashes when trying to reload?
- Was GS20 working for you before and suddenly started crashing?
- Have you tried to right-click on GS20 and select "Run as administrator"?
- How much RAM does your computer have? It's not uncommon for GS to require like 1GB of RAM and perhaps not enough of it is available.

- it crashes only when I try to load game, I dont even reach to the stage of selecting which save I want to work with.
- It works fine before Im pressing the Load Game button.
- No I didnt try to run as administrator.
- I have 16G Ram.. this isnt the problem

and now when Im running the GS as administrator thats what pops on my screen

Based on the screenshot you sent just there, it looks like you are using the public (free) version of Genie Scout? It is not (currently) intended to work with the latest update of FM (20.4). Eugene (Genie) delays the release of the updated public version for Genie Scout for the winter patch of the game (20.3/20.4) to reward users of the 'g' edition. Public version is expected to be updated tomorrow. You can find more news about the update time of the public version on the comments section of the download page when available.

Grab new version of GS20 public edition which was released last night and it should be fine.
