fm from microsoft store

i just got fm 20 from the xbox game pass but i cant load any tactics shortlists or skins

it shows the tactics as .tac but when i change my tactics from .fmf to .tac it said unable to load

any help because the game is so boring without any skins or tactics

I have the same problem, but in my documents or wherever I don't find Sports Interactive's files to copy skins or other things. Is it any solution?

From what I've read about it, Game Pass version uses different types of files to the Steam version, so the tactics/shortlists/skins/etc are not cross-compatible. People are looking for a solution, and I'm sure there will be a solution in the future, but I've not seen any yet.
