I have won the champions league with Hungerford on the 13th season by defeating Man Utd 4-2.
On the 7th season, I changed my tactics to 20.4.1 BeowulfKnap4-4-2. This is no doubt one of the best tactics in the game.

With this tactic, anything is possible but patience is required. For the first six seasons, all I relied was scouts, loanees and free transfers. This tactic can transform a player with average stats to a superstar. (Shall provide several screenshots below)

I have been playing for football manager over 20 years, hence decided to try something different.
Decided to manage the worst team Hungerford Town (Media Predicted to finish last on the League)
Currently on my 7th season, just promoted to League 1.
I have uploaded league tables and transfers, besides the first season which i spend 10.25k, the rest are all free transfers due to debt-ridden from building new stadium.

All matches are instant results and 1 only use the same tactic throughout the game, remInvincible 4-2-3-1 Wide

This tactic allows your team to dominate possession and have 30 over shots per game, but you can easily get above 6 yellow cards in a match or risk being trashed 6 or 7-0 by a much bigger club

Incredible rise up the leagues with lowly Hungerford. Keep it up ;)
I like this idea, Black Bean Rice! Congratulations on making it to League 1 (the toughest league from which to get promoted) and on the increased stadium size of what, 1,500 -- 2,000? This looks like a fun time.

2nd) Ben Quinn (Striker) , signed for free from Tottenham and he bang in 30++ goals in my first season.

3) Matthieu Clavel , signed from Brighton for 10 million, contributed a crazy 27 Assists in 36 league games in the second season. Average rating of 7.65

CUP FINAL SCREENSHOTS

Been cool to see the slow and steady progress of Hungerford over the 13 seasons. Some insane results and regens along the way. Peter Hall is a complete revelation :))
