Hello,
I started to play FM 2020 with Napoli. In first season we won Champions league, Italian league, all cups. In next 3 season we 3 tims won Italian league, always played in Champions league semifinal-quarterfinal.

I decided to resign because I wanted a new challenge. I waited 4 months but no one hired me. I was in job interview in PSG, Man Utd, Juventus, Barcelona, Ajax, Bayern, Hoffenheim ant more teams with just 3 or 3,5 stars. PSG, Man Utd and Barcelona offered interview without application, but no one hired me.In job interview I tried a lot of different answers.

Few months ago for me was the same problem with Amiens team. In France league we won two times cup, 2 times we qualified for Champions league, one time we played in Europe league final. It’s good results with such team like Amiens but it’s the same story like with Napoli – no one hired me. I had one contract offer from Austria national team but that’s it. I tried a lot of different teams and a lot of different answers but nothing is working. I waited 1,5 season without job and give up and started new career with Napoli. Now situation is the same. Can somebody help me?
I've noticed the same thing and I think it is due to the reputation of the club enhancing your manager's reputation. When you are at the club your reputation gets a slight improvement from the reputation of the club, making you a better prospect for other clubs and putting you on top for the interview candidates. When you are no longer with a club you lose that extra reputation boost so in the final interviews your reputation isn't as high as someone else's. Since reputation is the primary driver for employment at a club this can make the difference.

But my reputation is 4-4,5 stars. In job list my "personal assistant" offered teams suited for me so it teams like PSG, Juventus, Barcelona.
I agree, Edgar, it is really bizarre. However, that is the best I can come up with based on similar situations. Once I was a club legend, having taken a team from a relegation battle to the third tier to winning the Champions League twice and ushering in a period of domestic dominance before I left. When the job came open and they offered me an interview (I was unemployed, having recently left a different team from a higher reputation league) I took it. Bookies favorite, Club legend, just won a domestic league with my prior club, and I lost out to Andre Villas-Boas, who was sacked within a year.

I don't know why the game does this but this is just one example of many for me. I've noticed that it happens most often when I am without a club--I don't remember being turned down like this when I am at a club. This is why I say the club reputation might provide a boost to your reputation, putting you over the finish line at the interview. Or maybe there is an unemployment penalty coded into the game.
It's a big shit. I can play only with one team and if I want to play in different team I need to create new carrier.
