Played FM/CM for about 20 years now, never used a forum. Couple of issues in the game, so any help where to look/ask please?
First year ive bought touch - if i buy the full game can i load a save from touch? (guessing cant)
In touch - theres 'newgen' managers ive noticed..why is this? Please tell me this doesnt happen in the full game - im about to purchase
My sons game (he has touch) wont play the creat-a-club mode. At the start of the load it comes up 'CHANGING SKIN Loading image data for all the new skin' ...then it it just resets to start screen

I can answer (only) one of the questions. Newgen managers do exist in the full game BUT they don’t start at any club or nation. If a very very very low rep role opens up they might apply for that and there’s a chance they might get it. Realistically it won’t be enough to be unrealisric, but enough to emulate new young managers with no playing career coming into the game.
Just make sure when setting up a game that you use real staff (one of the tick-box options in the league selection screen). That should ensure that your game doesn’t get flooded with newgen staff.
As for the other two questions - I’ve never played touch in my life so I’ve no idea.
Touch is the streamlined version of the full FM game so I don't believe Create-A-Club is an option, despite what is said, as there are a lot of people having issues doing that. I have never played Touch--I like the full version--so can't replicate your issue. I would think that it is possible to load a touch game into the full game, since the underlying game is similar with certain things set to auto (like training), as long as it is going from a PC/Mac game to a PC/Mac game.

Thanks - its the first time ive used Touch - thought id try it. Wont be doing so again - Newgen managers getting roles like England, Chelsea etc despite never managing before or any kind of rep

Thanks - ive done the create a club in touch, so im guessing its a setting/machine issue for him. First and last time i use touch though - very basic
