Hi, all the regens that come through my youth system are positions I don't play. Theyre all RMs or LMs instead of AMR or AML. I'm 6 seasons in and not one has been a position that fits my system. Is it something I'm doing wrong or just bad luck?

What does your Head of youth develppment have as his preferred formations? Try and get one that matches your tactics.
You should get a Head of Youth Development with the same preferred formation as the one you play. That will almost certainly help a ton.
