I've just started to use and play around with the Genie Scout. It's really helpful to be able to see CA and PA of players to see who I should try to sign, as well as seeing potential stats to see what they might develop into. However I'm a little confused by the Genie Report bit within the player page, where it's telling me lots of 17-20 year olds i'm looking at are world class in the current ability bit, when he has a CA of 117 (but then says he's world class and nearly as good as a guy who is worth 4.5m from reading). It's a little confusing (and I'm in the PL and CL, so i'm not a small club). On another 17 year old he's world class and almost as good as a 59m rated RW from City, which he's not. Is it a case of ignoring the genie report and focusing on CA/PA and potential stats? does that include ignoring the potential ability bit saying he could be as good as x?
