Mr Sears has just signed for my Scunthorpe United on-loan from West Ham I think. What do you guys think of him and would he make the ideal replacment for Hooper who left to join Celtic in pre season?

young players can be inconsistent, but he looks decent. Could become a good loan deal obviously. they could probably use a bit of the spark from a youngster.
