Can you manage a national team in the Olympic Games on fm20 ?
Yes - take control of a nation’s U23s team (make sure they qualified for the Olympics) and you’ll be able to compete in the Olympics.
Alternatively you could take control of a nation’s senior team and delegate the U23s team to yourself for the duration of the Olympics.
