I'm looking to get a handful of players together who are able to commit to playing FM20 a few nights a week, and for a few hours at a time. I'm working from home at the minute and can genuinely play any night of the week so I'm comfortable with deciding what days and times we can schedule once we've got everyone together by party vote.
When we have confirmation, I'll start a chat group and we can discuss and decide on the game conditions in there.
I'm thinking either the Premier League or the Championship but not using the top teams, maybes picking teams from the bottom half of the table and going from there. We could pick who we want, or do a random draw, but that'll be a group decision I suppose.
I like the idea of a buy-in of maybe £5 to £10 and then the winner takes all. I think a game with people who are invested keeps that level of interest in wanting to continue playing, even after a bad start or if things aren't going their way. Or we could have a share of the pot with 1st 2nd and 3rd place.
I'm thinking we set days in which we all play, for example: Monday, Wednesday and Sunday evenings, start time at 8pm and finish at 11pm. Again that'll be down to party vote.
Please only comment if you're genuinely interested in committing to an online game, a few nights a week over the next few months. I'll leave this open until a week tomorrow at 6pm and collate interested players and we'll go from there.
