complete forward always red

i just started a new save and every striker is in the red for complete forward. even when i search for players that can play in the complete forward role, nothing comes up. strange glitch. anyone have any ideas how to fix it?

If they have good attributes, then go for it. The "red" circle or "green" isn't so much necessary.
