Hello everyone,
I play in Premier League in England.
I've got an issue with the brasilian player Marcos Leonardo. We did not find an agreement in june when I tried to renew his contract. Since, his agent is refusing to negociate because the player "is not happy in the club". I did not have a second opportunity.
The only negative point is about the work permit as the player is concerned as he might not get the permit. He asked to be on a loan from january to june - the end of his contract - and maybe to be able to get the permit.
The player was trained in the club in England for 3 years, so it's very valuable.
At the moment I am in late december, the transfer period is about to start. I did not find any leverage with team mate, the director of football, or interaction with the player.
Any idea how I could treat this issue or how you would proceed in order to keep the player ? Have you been facing an issue like this in the game ?
I though about a loan and to use an "optionnal future fee" and "future buy back fee". What are your thoughts ?
Cheers,
Laurent
