Genie Scout not working properly

Has anyone else experienced the problem with the 'g' version of the scout where the player names are correct but countries are wrong and the position column says every one is a GK.......when you search for a player it says he is a GK but then when you click on him it shows him playing in every position making it impossible to use the tool effectively.........any suggestions on how i can fix this would be a great help......ive tried installing and re installing the scout to no avail.
