A curious one. When your guy gets a red, and you appeal it, and win the appeal, but the code of conduct you've agreed still fines him?!
He doesn't seem to mind, but seems a tad unfair.

A funny one because i have also seen it go the other way.
I appealed a red card which was totally unfair in my opinion.
Upon appeal, they gave a further 2 matches ban but the player was not fined anymore.
The code of conduct seems to work fine in these situaitons but in real life it could be a bit different.....
For all other red cards i have felt they were justified and to be honest, i did go crazy at the player for getting a crazy red card!!!!....the player just acccepted the hair-dryer treatment.
