PLEASE HELP!!!!

I really hope someone can help me with this. I am using Windows 10 on a new laptop. I have downloaded a facepack megapack for FM20 (there are around 225,000 files I have checked; also both the 'icon faces folder' and the 'faces folder' have a config file, I checked this too). I extracted it and put in to the 'graphics folder' - Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2020/Graphics. I have carried out the same process with Logos, Kits, Stadiums and 3D Kits. I have loaded a new game followed the advice around about going to Preferences/Interface, cleared the cache, unchecked the 'use caching to decrease page loading times' box, checked the 'reload skin when confirming changes in preferences' box, clicked the 'reload skin' button and waited. I have all Logos, Kits and Stadiums working fine AND some full sized faces (like Bowen, Ogbonna and Reid at West Ham), but less than 5% of the file and as far as I am aware no 'icon faces' at all. Can anyone help me as I am truly stuck as to what I can do next to fix it! Many thanks in advance.
