Can't Download A Tactic

I can't download any tactic.It tell me ,,Downloading files directly on our download servers is only allowed for FM Scout users. Go to fmscout.com to find the relevant download page of the file you're trying to grab.What should I do

Try using a different browser and see if that helps solve the issue.

@862ishaq: I reckon your issue is with some old bitly links which no longer work due to changes with the bitly service. Since then we've migrated to our own in-house system for url shortening (called fmed.cc), but haven't updated all the bitly links from the past.
