I have to be honest, in FM 2010 I spent a lot of time doing training and would tailor training to each player on my roster. Time consuming, but I felt good about it. With the new layout I am both lost and little confused how to get the most out of my training.
Can anybody point me to a good link (preferably on FM 2011 training) or provide some advice on navigating and setting up goof training using FM 2011.

Thanks in advance,
i'm sure someone will create a training schedule after the game will be released.

try to put the wing players on speed\acceleration and the central players on attacking or defensive training

Pretty sure thats not what he means. Think he's referring to the fact that it has been much much much more time consuming and annoying to edit individual training schedules in FM 2011.
In FM10 you could edit a players schedule and assign them to their own schedule from the training tab on the players screen. You could flick between looking at that players attributes for specific training and adjusting the schedule accordingly.

You cant do that in FM11 - as far as I can see you have to go to the main training tab -> manage schedules -> new schedules and edit the training levels. Then you have to go to the player and change their routine to the one you just created.
Every time you want to adjust the training levels you have to do it from the main training page. Argh!
IMO they have made a bit of a mess of the training in FM11. If Im missing some simple tricks or someone knows some good techniques it would be V. useful!
wow, I have one player who is constantly moaning that his workload is too high, and my assistant "strongly agrees". That left me head-scratching for weeks, I spent a lot of time, looking all over the place, trying to find a control to reduce the damn workload, but couldn't find one!! Now I know, thanks to Pep!! I think they should have made it easier to manage training, especially for the beginners. :(
