I've been messing around the past few days whilst bored at "work". The top 12 leagues and Scotland have had a bit of a rejig. The big 5 leagues, Players still at their existing clubs. Finances redistributed to top flight teams and for the teams to cope with their wage bills
Spain - All La Liga clubs swapped with 3rd tier teams, except Barca, Real, Atletico and Valencia who are in the 4th tier.
England - Likewise but Man City, Man Utd, Liverpool and Chelsea in the 4th tier.
Germany - As above but Bayern, Dortmund, Leipzig and Schalke
Italy - Same but Juve, Milan, Inter and Napoli
France - Just PSG drop to the 4th tier, the rest in the 3rd

The remaining 7, Russia, Portugal, Belgium, Turkey, Holland, Austria, Ukraine, Scotland have all been demoted to the second tier, in some cases just the bigger clubs in the league.

All the participants in Europe from all the above have been changed too. For example, Premier League representatives in the Champions League were City, Liverpool, Chelsea and Spurs are now Pompey, Sunderland, Ipswich and Bolton. Europa league are Fleetwood, Blackpool and Wycombe

There are a few challenges you can do within this. Take a bigger club back to the top? Establish one of the former 3rd tier now top flight clubs as a countries new dominant force? Improve the coefficients of a Scandinavian nation and increase their Champions League participants due to the absence of the bigger countries?
