Bargain players needed!!!!

Alright lads,

just got Sunderland promoted after winning league 1 and the championship with a load of loan signings!! 3rd season coming up soon but could do with some bargain players if anyone has come across them!!?? Only have 35 mil to spend and I'd say I need about 8, any recommendations welcoming, either loan or signings

Try Sweden(top players usually 2-5 mil ), Red Star and Partizan Belgrade, Slavia and Sparta Prague. Some of teams in north Africa have very good players Egypt Morroco and Tunisia. ASEC Mimosas of Ivory coast have good youth/ players.
Also have a look at top clubs in each nation(more obscure ones will be cheaper) and see which clubs have the highest level of youth recruitment, they attract the best youth players in their country, so a good place to start
