Hi i have som problems for the 4 season in row.. My team plays bad after each winter.. I am using 2 different tactics.. 4-2-3-1 and 4-2-2-2.. In the first half season i win the most matches and after the winter i plays a litte bit more poor, wich much more losing and not been able to score so much..
