Issue with offering player to clubs

Hi,

I am the manager of Wolves, and i am looking to sell one of my CB's (Moussa Niakhate). Marseille made an offer, the deal looked done and it fell through due to Marseille not having the funds, now when i try to offer the player to clubs the option is removed from the "transfer" dropdown on the player profile, as a test i added myself as a manager of another club and when i try to make an offer for him with the other club it says "the player has already accepted an offer for another club".

I thought i'd wait a few weeks game time and it would go away but its still happening in the following transfer window.

Any ideas what to do to resolve this? Is this is a bug?

The deal is done, it is just waiting for Marseille to have the funds I think. As soon as they have the money, the deal will go through
