Whenever I try to load the genie scout game it stops responding. I've done an uninstall and then deleting the installation folder to do a clean install but no luck. Any ideas?

i noticed that when i try to load the save genie starts to eat ram until like 4gb then restarts the process and gets stuck...
i have 16gb so the problem is not there...
It only happens with the 'g' version
No luck. I tried to check for updates and it says that the .exe is corrupted. I also only get the issue with the g version.
Still no fix? the new version still has the same problem...There is alot of people with this problem and no communication about it. i know this is a software made by people with other lives but if you ask for a "donation" to have access to specific features it would be great to deliver some kind of support...
If not just put these features on the free app and ask for donations none the less, people would still donate and the developers wouldnt have to worry about anything.
It is unfortunate. I've been cycling threw many attempts and eventually it works, although I haven't figured out what makes it click the few times they do work.
I have this exact same problem with the G version. I tried multiple combinations of run as admin, clean install, different install locations but nothing works.
Weirdly enough, Genie Scout 20 (the non G version) loads perfectly
