adding regens from start

Hi guys....
I enjoy the game more after 2/3 seasons in once regens start to show across the leagues, so my question is, is it possible to have regens appearing from the start?
is there a download i could use to add regens straight away?

one method i recommend is using advance date. there are some available which sims even 10 years(there still will be some young players availavle)
