club name changes don't work on 19.1.0 but does on 19.3.0 ???

Hi all - new to the forums, but thanks for all the great content.

I decided to go back to FM19 and start a new game with the 19.1.0 database ... but the real names fix doesn't apply.

I checked all the files as per instructions and everything is as it was when I downloaded the pack and made the changes when almost 2 years ago now ...

But, if I start a new game with the 19.3.0 database the name changes do work.

Any ideas?
