I was wondering if anyone can point me to any good mentoring guides. I havent been able to find what i want online as yet but will keep looking and asking around.
Perhaps i am just inpatient as i know it can take 6 in game months to see a change but i seem to find my youngsters attributes arent changing that much but my senior players do, which i dont want. I'm currently trying to just put people from same social groups together but if anyone can suggest better ideas, i would really appreciate the ideas.
I've got some really good youngsters with "fickle" and "Unambitious" along with some people that dont get on with "Spirited" personality so would rather not sell them unless i have no choice. But if there is anything i can do to diminish the effect of negative personalities then i will give it a try.
