FM20g database load time really slow

Hi, I've been using scout for many previous FM series. They all load my save games quite quickly.
I've just got FM20 via Epic, and donated for the 20g version of FM Scout.
I've updated to the latest hotfix version.

I have saved my fM Scout 20g file in the same location as I've done previous versions on my E drive, I don't save anything on my boot drive other than Windows.
And I have the key file in the main folder where the exe file is.

It's now been 25 minutes and it's still loading people.

I earlier tried loading my old game on FM19 and FM Scout 19g - and no drama, quick as usual.

Any help would be appreciated.

Has no one else experienced this?
Is there a better channel for me to report this issue?
Should I send an email to Eugene?

GS is not very fast with loading data, but surely 25 minutes is very far from what should be happening. For example, in a full-database save of mine, it can take up to 4 minutes or so.

I've passed this on to Eugene, but feel free to email him as well.
