Those hotfix patches are becoming a joke lately. 
Well, just remember we're always aware of new patches and trying our best to deliver patchfix updates to our tools asap. Real life comes first of course, so it's often not possible to roll out compatibility updates on the same day.

Good news is the network issues were fixed with this last hot fix so it should be the last one.
