Hi everyone, been a long time since I did a story, but I found a really nice idea to make a story about.
I start with Pico Coppens one of the actors of the most famous serie in Flanders, FC De Kampioenen. A comic serie about a flemish amateur club who's basically the worst of the whole country, just cause it's a famous figure in Belgium.
Royal Antwerp FC deserves a lot of respect, it's the oldest club ever in Belgium, founded in 1880. The city of Antwerp has a population of 529.000.
Antwerp won the national league in 1929, 1931, 1944, 1957. So to do the math, it has been 63 years (!) since this club became champions.
I already played for months with Antwerp FC but since they won against Tottenham, and I saw in my national paper that Antwerp was on the front page, people wanted to see a story about this club.Hope you enjoy!
