Genie Scout nationality issue

Hello
My Genie Scout 20g recently broke. The nationalities, competitions and positions are all wrong.
I understand from previous topics on the issue that it has something to do with Unique IDs not matching - I recently had to reinstall windows so this is probably where the issue started.
Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Thanks, that helps clarify things. One question I have, is that I cannot find my unique ID. Where do I find this?

Fire up GS20, click on the circle GS icon at the top left corner to open the main menu, then go to Help & Support and finally Donate. Your ID will be there.
