fm21 preoder but no badge

hi i bough fm21 using the step in the oreorder page and add fmscout as voucher code.
has my order been verified?
since my email is not found in veryfied buyer and i has no badge.
in steam my buying is verified btw.
i bough it from fmscout link in 25 september.

i already send asking for confirmation several days ago from the link provided from the pre ordered page about complaint of purchase, but no reply.

We've just synced buyer badges for September. If you still don't see a badge, maybe you've used a different email address for your order compared to the one of your member account here.
Or for some reason our affiliate didn't assign the order to us. In that case, please send me a private message with order details (e.g. invoice ID) and I can ask them.

i use the same email address for my fmscout account and steam account.
